TODAY'S SUN WITH INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION TRANSIT /// TAKEN BY: PAUL STEWART

I thought I was going to miss this but the clouds miraculously parted at the right time.
The ISS traveling at 7.7km/s only took 400ms to travel across the edge of the Sun.

Captured with a Lunt Calcium K filter at a wavelength of 393 nm, this is an emission line of Calcium and shows the lower chromosphere.

A 80mm Z80 refractor was the scope used and a Pt Grey Chameleon 3 camera.
